By booking tours online through mangroveroute.com you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

All bookings are FINAL. Cancellation penalties apply –see below

mangroveroute.com makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its web site is accurate, but mangroveroute.com cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from faults or errors.

mangroveroute.com does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.

mangroveroute.com does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its web site or for any products or services purchased from its web site.

mangroveroute.com makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product advertised on its web site.

Cancellation Policy :
Customers will be entitled to a full refund or a reschedule of the ticket if the tour is cancelled because of bad weather or any other reason.

For online bookings a minimum cancellation fee of 30% will apply. If a customer cancels a tour a refund of 70% will be available, unless it is within 48 hours where only 50% will be refunded, or within 24 hours the ticket will be nonrefundable.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Things you need to know:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour starts. Our team of guides are chosen for their knowledge, experience and skill. They all hold appropriate first aid certification and relevant qualifications. Drinking water is available at no cost on the boat. Please be mindful that all tours are conducted within a tropical marine environment. Customers and their possessions may be exposed to sun, sand and sea spray. Nature dictates the experience on all mangrove route adventures – turtles, dolphins, crabs, birds or any wildlife cannot be guaranteed. Flat shoes or sandals are advised.

While every effort will be made to ensure your comfort and safety, Mangrove Route PL will not be held responsible for any personal equipment or clothing lost or damaged.
